Bob Yahrmarkt

Bob Yahrmarkt is a results-driven operations and maintenance leader with over 30 years of experience in plant management, cost control, process improvement, and reliability engineering. They have been with Fritolay since 2007, currently serving as Reliability Manager, where they implement strategic maintenance innovations and drive lean manufacturing initiatives. Previously, Bob held roles at McMillen Industrial Painting Co. and Bailey PVS Oxides, where they significantly contributed to project management and operational excellence. Bob is also pursuing a degree in Information Technology at The University of Toledo.
