C.D. Glin

C.D. Glin is a seasoned executive and strategist, currently serving as the President of the PepsiCo Foundation and Global Head of Philanthropy at PepsiCo Inc. In this role, Glin is focused on managing the Foundation's daily operations and driving initiatives in food security, safe water, and economic opportunity. Previously, Glin was the President and CEO of the U.S. African Development Foundation, where significant funding was leveraged to benefit underserved populations across Africa. Glin's extensive experience also includes roles at The Rockefeller Foundation, the Peace Corps during the Obama Administration, and consulting for major international organizations. Glin earned a BA from Howard University and holds advanced qualifications from Oxford University and Harvard Business School.
