Carole Joly has extensive experience in marketing, particularly in the food and beverage industry. At PepsiCo, Carole served as Marketing Director for the Food division, overseeing a revenue of €360 million and managing a team of 14 people, achieving a revenue growth of 5.2% CAGR over three years. Additionally, as Head of Marketing for the Aperitif category, Carole led strategies that resulted in an 8.2% CAGR revenue increase and a 14% profit growth. Previous roles include positions at Bonduelle and Panzani, where Carole successfully drove category recoveries and innovative product launches. Carole holds a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing from ICN Business School.
