Caroline Charles is currently the Global EHS Environmental Manager at PepsiCo, having previously served as the Environmental Sustainability Manager for the West Europe Region and the Environmental Protection Manager for Europe and South Africa. Caroline's extensive career includes roles as a Senior Environmental Consultant at Tauw Belgium and URS Corporation, where they led environmental management services. They also worked as an Environmental Permitting Officer at the Institut Bruxellois pour la Gestion de l'Environnement. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from Fondation Universitaire Luxembourgeoise and a Bio-Engineer degree with honors from KU Leuven.
