Catherine D. is a transformational food safety and quality executive leader with extensive experience in building processes, programs, and enablement tools. They served as Sr. Director of Quality Systems and Programs at Dairy Farmers of America from 2018 to 2021 and held several roles at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, including Quality Assurance and Technical Manager. Currently, Catherine holds the position of Supply Chain FSQ VP at PepsiCo/Sabra Dipping Company, having previously been the Global Vice President QHSE at Sabra. They have a Master’s degree in Animal Science-Food Microbiology from Oklahoma State University, completed in 1998.
