Catherine Gingerich possesses a strong background in project management and business development, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles within PepsiCo and earlier as a Promotions Assistant at Cumulus Media. At PepsiCo, Catherine served in multiple capacities, including Manager of Business Development, where responsibilities included overseeing sales team onboarding and enhancing individual skillsets to drive sales performance. Significant achievements include managing operations for Frito Lay co-packer Dairy Farmers of America, negotiating multi-million dollar agreements, and transforming underperforming accounts into revenue generators.
