Chris Graef

Chris Graef is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Global Recruitment Marketing Project Lead at PepsiCo since May 2018, Chris focuses on executing recruitment marketing strategies to enhance talent engagement and support hiring goals. Previously, Chris held various positions at PepsiCo, including Talent Acquisition Business Partner specializing in Finance and Global Procurement, and several roles in talent acquisition for Frito-Lay and Pepsi Beverages. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Mueller & Co., LLP, where strategic HR support was provided for over 100 employees, and an Executive Team Leader (Human Resources) at Target, which followed an internship with the company. Chris began a career in HR while attending Illinois State University, where a B.A. in Human Resources Development/Organizational Leadership was earned.
