Chris Guo

Chris Guo is a Manufacturing and Engineering Director at PepsiCo, with over 27 years of experience in the beverage and foods industry. With a notable 19 years in PepsiCo’s China Region, Chris has held various roles including Engineering Project Associate Director, Senior Engineering Project Manager, and Regional Manufacturing and Logistics Manager, overseeing multiple plant operations. Prior to this, Chris spent 8 years at Swire Beverages, where they led new plant construction and business development efforts. Chris also taught Industrial Engineering for 2.5 years at Dalian University of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Administration from Renmin University of China.
