Dan Balvers

Dan Balvers has extensive experience in shipping and supply chain operations, primarily with PepsiCo from 2014 to 2017. As a Shipping Lead and Shipping Resource, Dan led teams of front-line technicians and employees, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and adherence to company policies. Dan also played a crucial role in facilitating meetings and collaborating with various departments to achieve operational targets. In the earlier roles, responsibilities included managing warehouse utilization and labor supply, further demonstrating expertise in logistics and workforce management. Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, earned between 2008 and 2012.
