Daniel Dragusin

Daniel Dragusin is the Europe Supply Planning & 3PM Senior Director at PepsiCo, where they lead supply chain strategy and optimization across Europe. Previously, they held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Demand Planning Manager and End to End Planning Transition Leader for the Balkans, where they successfully transitioned planning processes to a new regional center without impacting service levels. Daniel began their career as a Junior Consultant at DocProcess and later worked at BDO Romania, contributing to financial analysis for M&A projects. They hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Banking from Academia de Studii Economice din București, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from SNSPA.
