Daniel Shih

Daniel Shih currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs for the Asia-Pacific region and General Counsel for Greater China at PepsiCo since February 2023. Previously, Daniel held various senior leadership roles at Walmart from March 2013 to December 2022, including Senior Vice President of General Counsel and Chief Development Officer, and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel for Asia at Air Products from 2007 to 2013, and positions at Baker & McKenzie, Nortel, and other legal firms. Daniel holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, and an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST.
