Danielle Chen is an R&D Associate Principal Engineer at PepsiCo, where they have contributed significantly to product development and innovation. They began their career at PepsiCo as an R&D Process Engineering Intern in 2018, leading research to optimize texture in snack bars. Over the years, Danielle progressed through various roles, including R&D Engineer and R&D Senior Engineer, before their current position. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and are pursuing a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
