David Pate

David Pate is the People Experience & Operations Director at PepsiCo, where they leverage extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Previously, David held various HR roles at PepsiCo and completed a Senior HR Internship at IBM, where they coordinated recognition events and engagement initiatives. Their early career included positions at Boys and Girls Clubs of America, where they developed educational programs, and they served as a Business Analytics Tutor at Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. David also contributed to community efforts with the American Red Cross as an Americorps Member, focusing on disaster aid and volunteer coordination.
