Devya Kumariah

Devya Kumariah is a professional in human resources with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from York University. Devya's experience includes serving as a Human Resources Associate at Eyes High Education & Technologies, followed by an HR Internship at PepsiCo. Currently, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at PepsiCo, Devya leads recruitment efforts for Frontline and Summer Student positions in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, supports campus recruitment initiatives, and has successfully launched the Campus Ambassador Program and Frontline EVP branding for Canada. Prior to transitioning into human resources, Devya held the role of Assistant Store Manager at McDonald's for over five years.
