Edith Neta

Edith Neta, PhD, is currently the Director of Research & Development at PepsiCo, where they lead teams focused on product innovation and have launched numerous products that meet consumer needs. With over 15 years of experience, they possess a strong background in new product development, sensory and consumer research, and project management. Previously, they held significant roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery, The Clorox Company, and Nestle S.A., contributing to various projects that enhanced product differentiation and optimized processes. Edith earned a PhD in Food Science with an emphasis on Sensory and Analytical Chemistry from North Carolina State University, alongside a Master's degree in the same field.
