Edwin Davidson

Edwin Davidson, Ph.D., is a dedicated scientist with a Ph.D. in Chemistry and is currently a Senior Scientist at PepsiCo. They have extensive experience in analytical method development and R&D, having served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, where they validated multiple analytical methods under GLP guidelines. Previously, they worked as a Forensic Chemist at the Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses, conducting over 5,000 analyses and authoring numerous technical reports. They also have experience as a Laboratory Chemist at Otilatam Panama and completed an analytical chemistry internship at Ocean Spray Cranberries. In 2018, they were recognized as a Fulbright Fellow.
