Elsa Chen, CSCP, is a Senior Manager in Contract Manufacturing at PepsiCo, where they oversee a commercial relationship involving a yearly spend of 450 million euros. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2022, Elsa held various roles at Danone from 2019 to 2022, including Global 3PM Supply Chain Lead, where they managed global supply chain operations and led an international team. Elsa's earlier experience includes a position as a Supply Chain Business Analyst at Epson Europe B.V. They also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from The Hague University and a Bachelor in Finance from the University of Louisville.
