Grant Yu

Grant Yu is currently the Senior Director of Digital Transformation & Engineering at Pepsico APAC, overseeing the engineering group in the Foods and Beverage business across the region. Previously, they served as an Expert Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on operations and supply chain, and held various engineering roles at Procter & Gamble, including Plant Engineering Director and Senior Engineering Manager. Grant also worked as an Engineering and Reliability Director at Cargill, leading excellence strategies in the poultry and protein sectors across Asia and Europe. They hold a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
