Hani Thib is currently the Middle East Performance & Productivity Associate Director at PepsiCo, bringing over 18 years of experience in international FMCG companies, including Danone and Procter & Gamble. Hani has excelled in various roles, leading initiatives in operational excellence, supply chain management, and sustainability, and has received multiple accolades, including nominations for PepsiCo's top leadership programs. Hani holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Leicester.
