Henry D. is a Board Observer and Managing Partner with extensive experience providing consultation and recruiting services for Global 100 organizations. Since 2009, Henry has contributed insights to various boards, including Ericsson, HP, and PepsiCo, while simultaneously serving as a Board Member for Aha Telecom and a Non-Executive Board Member at FINIX Technology Solutions. Additionally, Henry has been involved in strategic roles at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions and the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, emphasizing a commitment to diversity in leadership through initiatives such as building one of the first Global Boards with multiple women directors.
