Igor Pogorelov has extensive experience in continuous improvement and process management within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Lean Lead at PepsiCo since January 2024, Igor previously held roles including Continuous Improvement Manager and Process Manager at FM Logistic, where efforts focused on optimizing co-packing productivity in the Russian Federation. Prior to this, Igor worked at Unilever as a World Class Manufacturing coordinator, leading Focused Improvement and Autonomous Maintenance teams. Igor's career also includes experience as a Site Expert Trainer and packaging machine operator at PepsiCo - Frito Lay. Igor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Gas Supply and Ventilation from Tula State University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
