Iris Koning is an accomplished professional recognized as the Hotello of the Year 2024 for outstanding achievements in the hospitality industry. With a background in business administration and minor lodge management from Stenden Hogeschool, Iris has accumulated extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across various sectors, including IT, sales, and marketing. Most recently, as a Senior HR Manager at PepsiCo, Iris leads change management, culture shaping, and talent acquisition efforts across the Netherlands and Nordics. Iris has also initiated a successful mentoring program for women with refugee backgrounds and received PepsiCo’s global DE&I award in 2023 for this initiative.
