Jade Green is an award-winning DEI and People leader with over 20 years of experience driving cultural transformation. Jade currently serves as the Head of DE&I for the UK at PepsiCo and is also the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Senior Manager for UK & Europe at CMC Markets, where they spearhead inclusive initiatives and training programs. Previously, Jade held various roles at Marks and Spencer, including Commercial Operations Manager and Inclusion & Diversity Colleague Network Manager, and they also worked as an HRBP People Manager at Morrisons. Throughout their career, Jade has consistently focused on fostering inclusive cultures and enhancing engagement across organizations.
