Previously, James held the role of Partner at Bain & Company, focusing on Retail and Consumer Products, and was a Partner at Oliver Wyman. With over a decade of experience in the Greater China and broader APAC regions, James has specialized in transformation, customer strategy, and commercial excellence. James also worked as a Manager at OC&C Strategy Consultants and is pursuing a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University.
