Previously, Jamial held various leadership positions at Tiger Brands and Pioneer Foods, focusing on product development, technical brand stewardship, and process optimization. Jamial began their career in product development at Ceres Fruit Juices, progressing through multiple roles to build a solid foundation in beverage manufacturing.
