Jay Buckley

Jay Buckley is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for PepsiCo EMEA, bringing two decades of legal experience within FMCG to the role. With a focus on managing in-house legal teams across diverse markets, Jay has worked extensively in China, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, covering various beverage and snack operations. Jay began their PepsiCo journey in May 2011, serving as General Counsel for Australia and New Zealand before taking on broader responsibilities in the Asia Pacific region and EMEA. Previous roles include Head Legal Counsel at Goodman Fielder and Associate positions at Latham & Watkins and Linklaters. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Wollongong and has been a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW since December 2001.
