Jean Ryan

Jean Ryan is currently the Sr. Director of Learning at PepsiCo, a role they have held since 2016. They previously served as the Executive Director of Talent Development at Hill-Rom from 2015 to 2016, and held various positions within PepsiCo, including Director of Sales Capability and Learning Director. Jean began their career at The Hershey Company, where they worked in Sales and Training from 1996 to 2006. They hold a Master’s degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University, which they obtained in 2011.
