Jeff Larson

Jeff Larson is the Human Resources Director at PepsiCo, a role they began in 2023 after several years of experience in the field. They previously held positions in Human Resources at Conagra Brands and PepsiCo, contributing to the latter from 2019 to 2023. Before their tenure at PepsiCo, Jeff worked in Human Resources at Pella Corporation and served as a Law Clerk at Anderson, Roberts, Porth, Wallace and Stewart from 2016 to 2017. Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Studies from Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Iowa College of Law.
