Jill Carson

Jill Carson is a Quality and Food Safety Senior Manager at PepsiCo with over 15 years of experience in Food Safety Auditing. They have conducted more than 2,000 food safety audits globally, and served as the primary author of the Third Party Auditor book used for training in the field. Jill has achieved recognized qualifications in the Global Food Safety Initiative auditing skills, specifically in BRC, IFS, FSSC, and SQF. Prior to their current role, they held positions at various organizations, including Food Regulatory Specialist at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Food Program Manager at UL-DQS Inc. Jill holds a BS in Food Science from North Carolina State University and an MBA in International Studies from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
