Joel Beck

Joel Beck is a seasoned Manufacturing Plant Director currently at PepsiCo, with extensive experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Transportation Operations. They served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army from 2000 to 2005 and held various leadership roles at Target from 2005 to 2009, including Senior Group Leader of Inbound and Engineering & Facilities and Logistics. Prior to their current role, they worked at Pepsi Northwest Beverages LLC from 2015 to 2020 as a Product Availability Manager and Senior Operations Manager. Joel earned a B.A. in Communication from Auburn University between 1998 and 2000.
