Joel Jacobs

Joel Jacobs is an experienced professional in the food manufacturing industry with a background in Lean Six Sigma and focused improvement methodologies. They served as a Focused Improvement Coach and Production Manager at Quaker Oats/PepsiCo from 2001 to 2003, where they developed loss analysis systems and managed packaging functions in the world's largest hot cereal plant. From 2004 to 2008, Joel held the position of Divisional Focused Improvement Coach at PepsiCo Beverage and Foods, guiding the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. They later contributed as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Quaker Oats from 2011 to 2014, overseeing sustainability efforts in process improvements. Joel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central College and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.
