John Bows

John Bows is an R&D Director at PepsiCo, where they have led global snacks breakthrough innovation since 2016. Prior to this, they served as a Technology Innovation Manager at PepsiCo from 2005 to 2016 and held roles at Unilever from 2003 to 2005, including R&D Business Development Manager and Research Project Manager. Currently, John is an Honorary Professor at the University of Exeter, where they are also pursuing a degree in Physics. They began their career in research as a Research Officer at Campden BRI from 1988 to 1990.
