Jolin Jolin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the food and beverage industry. Jolin began a career at Tinghsin International Group as an R&D senior researcher, leading new product development initiatives and cost reduction projects. Subsequently, Jolin advanced to roles at Cargill and PepsiCo, where responsibilities included managing laboratory operations, driving product innovation, and collaborating with sales teams to deliver market trends and novel products. In current capacity as Associate Director of Product Development at PepsiCo Global R&D, Jolin is focused on leading CSD platform innovation across Greater China and the APAC region, overseeing the C- Pepsi pipeline, Mirinda mix rollouts, and flavor capability development. Jolin holds a Master's degree in Food Safety and Quality from University College Dublin.
