Jonathan Helm

Jonathan Helm is a Finance Director at PepsiCo Foods, currently leading Commercial Finance Integration for Frito Lay and Quaker. Previously, they directed the $2.4B PepsiCo Foods Small Format finance team, achieving significant market share growth and receiving the Chairman’s Award for their work on product innovations. Jonathan has amassed extensive experience in finance leadership roles, including managing P&L responsibilities and driving revenue management strategies for major brands. They earned their MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and hold a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from the University of Richmond.
