Ken Bayless is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the commodity, packaging, and food manufacturing industry, specializing in both Direct and Indirect Purchasing. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Procurement at PepsiCo since 2009, Ken leads procurement efforts across North America, focusing on commodity risk management, seasoning and ingredients, flexible packaging, and MRO. Prior to this role, Ken worked as a Commodity Manager at ADM from 1998 to 2007 and held the position of Director of Commodities at Yum! Brands from 2007 to 2009. Ken is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
