Lance Oxley

Lance Oxley is a retired Sr. Director of Gatorade Manufacturing Operations with extensive experience in plant engineering and maintenance at Quaker Oats. They held various roles overseeing new line installations and environmental systems, and led significant projects such as the glass to plastic conversion for Gatorade. Oxley managed production and maintenance teams and facilitated multiple new line installations at the Indianapolis facility. They have an MBA in Business Administration from Butler University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
