Laura Maxwell is currently the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for PepsiCo Foods North America, a role they have held since March 2020. In this position, Laura oversees 30,000 associates across multiple operational areas, focusing on strategies that drive commercial growth and enhance productivity and sustainability. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, Laura began their career at Frito-Lay in 1989, where they progressed through various leadership roles, culminating in senior vicepresident positions within the company. Laura is also an active leader in diversity initiatives, serving as the executive sponsor for Frito-Lay’s Employee Resource Groups and on the Board of Directors of the Texas Women’s Foundation. They have received several accolades, including the 2020 Global Steve Reinemund Leadership Legacy Award and the PACE Award from Iowa State University.
