Lawrence Lu is currently the Head of External Innovation for PepsiCo in the APAC region, where they establish R&D ecosystems and build external strategic partnerships to promote sustainable growth. Previously, they served as the Head of R&D for the APAC Sector at PepsiCo, focusing on developing R&D strategy and capabilities while delivering innovation and sustainability projects. With 18 years of experience in Home and Personal Care and 12 years in Foods and Beverages, Lawrence has demonstrated expertise in project management and leading diverse, multi-country teams. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Shanghai University and an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School.
