Lee Horowitz

Lee Horowitz serves as the Vice President of Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for PepsiCo Beverages North America, leading the FP&A function for the company’s over $25 billion North America Beverages business since 2023. Prior to this role, Lee held several key positions at PepsiCo, including Sr. Director FP&A and Director FP&A, where they managed full P&L responsibilities and supported various operational and marketing functions. Lee's career in finance began at IBM, where they worked as a Topline & G&A Analyst. Lee holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
