Links Chen is the Chief Chef for APAC at PepsiCo, currently leading a culinary innovation platform in Shanghai, China. They have built a strong partnership with the sales team to support product business in the Chinese market and have extensive experience in food flavor innovation and new product recipe development. Previously, Links served as an Executive Research Chef at the PepsiCo Asia Research and Development Center from 2012 to 2024, where they operated a culinary innovation center dedicated to food and beverage product development. They also worked as an Executive Chef at Givaudan from 2005 to 2012. Links is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing Operations at the Shanghai Institute of Technology.
