Mark Allen is a Snr Sustainability Director at PepsiCo, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served in various roles at PepsiCo, including Technical Manager and Site Leader at The Quaker production site, as well as Sr Supply Chain Director. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mark worked at Cadbury plc. in several managerial and engineering roles from 2006 to 2008, and at EWOS as a Shift Manager and Process Engineer from 1996 to 1998. Mark holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1995.
