Mark Dobil, MBA, is the Supply Chain Manager for PGT at PepsiCo, where they focus on site readiness management across production and quality departments. A proud graduate of Penn State University, Mark has developed their engineering skills further with an MBA from The University of Arizona. They have held various positions, including Quality Control Supervisor and Process Improvement Engineer, leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, Mark gained early experience as a Design Intern and Industrial Engineering Intern, contributing to product visualization and process efficiency.
