Matthew Chatelain

Matthew Chatelain is a Vice President in the Total Rewards function at PepsiCo, where they oversee executive compensation and support critical design and communication efforts for pay programs. With over 15 years of experience, Matthew began their career as a benefits administrator and consultant, eventually becoming a subject matter expert in corporate governance and retirement savings. They have held various roles at PepsiCo, increasing in responsibility and scope, and previously worked as a Consulting Actuary at WTW and a Senior Analyst at LifeWorks. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University.
