Maxim Babenko is currently the Head of Logistics DACH at PepsiCo, responsible for the execution and development of transportation and warehousing functions in Germany. With extensive experience in supply chain management from previous roles at PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble, Maxim has led numerous logistics improvement programs and significant cost-saving initiatives across various international projects. Academically, Maxim holds three bachelor's degrees in finance and electromechanical engineering, as well as a master's degree in administrative management, complemented by a course in innovation and intrapreneurship from HEC Paris.
