Michael Smerek

Michael Smerek has diverse experience in coaching, leadership, customer service, and sales. At The First Tee of Philadelphia, Michael served as an Assistant Coach, mentoring underprivileged youth in the principles of life through golf. Michael’s role at Manor Golf Club involved teamwork and customer service as a Crew Member. In academic leadership, Michael was Vice President of Community Development for the Penn State University Interfraternity Council, connecting the Greek community with the larger State College community. As Fraternity President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Michael led chapter activities. Upcoming roles include Sales Associate at J.Crew and Sales District Leader at PepsiCo, where responsibilities will include team leadership and operational efficiency. Michael also operated a successful yard work business while completing a Professional Development Internship at Penske Logistics, where contributions focused on enhancing employee resources. Michael holds a High School Diploma from Wyomissing Area Junior/Senior High School and is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Penn State University.
