Michael Song is currently the CHRO for APAC at PepsiCo, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they served as CHRO for PepsiCo China and held various roles, including C&B Director and Sr. Director of HRBP Commercial during their tenure at PepsiCo. Michael also led the Rewards Consulting Practice at Aon Hewitt from 2000 to 2009. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Operations Research from Fudan University between 1991 and 1996.
