Mike Hamilton

Mike Hamilton is currently the Senior Director of Transformation at PepsiCo, leading the transformation agenda for a partnership exceeding $10 billion with Walmart Inc. Previously, as a Captain in the US Army, Mike commanded a 40-person team during multiple combat missions, achieving notable increases in mission success. From 2010 to 2019, Mike held various leadership roles at PepsiCo, where they drove significant innovations in sales strategies and eCommerce. They are also recognized for developing best-in-class operational approaches, earning accolades from Walmart for their strategic initiatives. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and continues to pursue education at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
