Mike Harding is currently the Senior Commercial Director of GB&I Beverages at PepsiCo, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as General Manager of GB&I Beverages and held various leadership positions within PepsiCo, including Sales Director and Commercial Director. Prior to their time at PepsiCo, Mike gained retail and marketing experience at GSK and Lucozade Ribena Suntory. They also took a sabbatical in 2004 to serve as the Athletic Union President at Swansea University, where they earned a BA in Economics.
