At Ace Hardware, My Tran held various positions, including Senior Replenishment Planner and Buyer for the Water Filtration and Rough Plumbing divisions, managing supplier relationships and implementing forecasting systems that supported significant annual sales. My Tran's expertise in analytics and strategic insights was further demonstrated at PepsiCo, where My Tran served as Senior Channel Strategy & Insights Manager and led national category strategies for snack products, driving growth through process improvements and actionable insights.
