Patrick Chen is currently the AMEA BIS Lead at PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours, a position held since 2015. From 2010 to 2011, they served as the Asia Region Representative for Supply Chain Management at PepsiCo. Patrick earned a bachelor's degree in Food Processing from 华南农业大学 in 1990 and an MBA from Southern Cross University in 2001.
